Dr. Phu has been my dentist since I was thirteen years old! And now, he's providing my Invisalign treatment, too. I just graduated from law school and I'm working in entertainment law in LA. But I always come home to see Dr. Phu. I won't let any other dentist work on my smile. He's the best!
I have never been so impressed in a medical office than I was today at West Valley. In my life I have had 33 major surgeries, spent over a year total in a hospital and endless hours in doctors offices. 5 weeks ago I had a major spinal surgery and the dental hygienist (sorry I forgot you name again) made sure I was completely comfortable and was extremely understanding of some of my limitations. The dental office is something I’ve always dreaded and was the reason it has been 4 years since my last visit to a different dentist. Well today all my fears were put to rest due to the the excellent staff and the care they provide. There was zero judgement, no lecturing, only positive talk about how we will fix my issues. I have never had a dentist spend so much time in explaining the different issues I have. He assured me we will get my teeth and gums back to a healthy level and I truly believe him. Give this man a trophy for bedside manner. I was so impressed with this office that I reached out to my parents who then immediately made appointments for themselves and my girlfriend will be in touch shortly. I will update after treatment but I have complete confidence that I chose the right dentist and practice. Thank you for showing compassion, being non judgmental and assuring me that we will get this all worked out. I will be referring everyone I know go this practice, they are the 96’ Bulls in the dentistry world.
I am in love with this Dental office. From the front desk to my favorite hygienist Suchi to the Dentist. They are all pleasant, very informative, and honest!
I’m 68 yo, so Dr. Luong is not my first dentist. There are no words to describe the quality of his care, so I will have to settle for amazing. I am relatively new to Vegas. The first dentist I went to here was horrible. I am so fortunate I selected Dr. Luong. He is genuinely kind, gentle, always smiling, cares about me as a person, and gives the best local anesthetic I have ever received; I don’t feel a thing! The dental hygienist, Kelvin, is outstanding. He spent the required time that was necessary to clean my teeth and again, he cares about how I am doing. As Kelvin cleans my teeth, he monitors my x-rays; he doesn’t clean on the fly. No hygienist has ever been that thorough. I cannot leave out the staff. Again, smiles, polite, accommodating, and cares. I’m a retired nurse of 40 years who spent 25 years in healthcare risk, safety, performance improvement, and cross trained in infection control. I know excellence when I see and experience it.
I’ve been coming to Dr Luong for over 15 years! We have since moved away from the area but I had to come in for a Crown that came off while I was visiting. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Luong and his staff! They’re great people! And have great service!! It’s a hard to find combination this office has it all!!! If you want a fabulous dentist this is the best place to come!!!
I was referred to Dr. Luong's office by my dentist because of an emergency. The office was clean and bright, the staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Luong was great. He went over my options, and together we decided the best course of action. They stayed after closing and made sure that l was ok when I left. Hardly any pain the next day, which surprised me. Would recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a a dentist.
This is the best dental office in Vegas. My hygienist is incredible. Soft touch and educates you on how to keep your gums healthy. The doctor is great, as well. From the initial consult lets you know the game plan and gets it done. Also shout out to the ladies up front. Great customer service & very welcoming. Glad I found you!
I am a new resident to Las Vegas and researched several Dental Offices before deciding on West Valley Dental, 9827 W Tropicana Ave. Dr Luong and his staff are superb. I have had several dental procedures and while the costs are reasonable, the service is outstanding. Dr Luong is an excellent dentist; he provides sound guidance, explains procedures and consequences clearly, possesses people skills, and is technically a superb quality dentist. I will recommend West Valley Dental to anyone who is seeking quality dental care.
